Tales from Fish Kingdom

The Fish Kingdom is slowly sinking to the bottom. Prices are soaring, the country is in decay, and dissidents are sent to public executions. Torpeda is an ordinary bottom-dweller, but he refuses to turn a blind eye to the injustice around him.
