When a mysterious blue crystal gives young Coolbreeze the power to command the wind he’s kidnapped by a top secret government agency— separating him from his best friend, Sunshine and his lovable grandfather, Barracuda. As his anger and frustration grows he loses control over his new abilities, threatening to destroy everyone and everything around him.
