Majority of the world are born with abilities called, Splinters. Following an intense battle between the world's greatest hero and villain, the world is left in shambles. 9 years later, Rick and his best friend, Gary, are almost finished with high school and intend to go to college together. However, the President of Barkland has a plan to protect the country from future threats which jeopardizes Rick and Gary's relationship.
