Blackout

Rich and TJ are just trying to survive another day at work when an explosion plunges the city into darkness. As Rich fights to evacuate a senior home and TJ is pulled into the chaos across town, something inhuman begins moving through the smoke. SPECTRUM #1: BLACKOUT begins before the powers, before the armor, and before anyone calls them heroes. The Blackout doesn’t create heroes. It reveals them.
