Ren Sawyer leaves the strange empty island in order to return to his homeland, Valand. He hopes nothing as changed too drastically. Unfortunately for him and the other strangers he travelled home with, they are met with a surprise, and it's certainly not a pleasant one! But Ren has a plan, and he goes along with it.
