Tom Mertins, an average 16 year old boy, living a bleak, colourless life. Until one rainy day, instead of the boring school assignments and work, he decides to follow a lone firefly, freeing him from his routine life. The firefly's golden glow leads Tom to a mysterious Tori Gate and a path up a mountain. Tom follows it, only to find that the source of the light was a GIRL!?
