Prologue I

On a zombie-infested world, Rae finds a crashed space ship in the woods. Inside, she meets Nick, a nonchalant cat-dad with a dodgy recollection of how he arrived there. As the two set out to find a way to survive this crumbling world, they soon realize the laws of reality are not what they seem, and dark forces pull strings in the shadows.
