Today is the big cleanup day at Toto's Magic Shop! Energetic pup Blacky, sensible Buddy, and the young magic-wielding Toto are working hard to tidy up—until a noisy little drone disrupts their peace, sending dust flying and rattling their work. Determined to catch the prankster, Blacky races up to the window, expecting a mischievous kid. Instead, she finds Old Rex, an elderly neighbor lost in the pure, nostalgic joy of flying a toy plane—a dream held since childhood.
