CHOSEN 55

After receiving his invitation to Project Apex, Shinya Aizawa leaves behind his ordinary football life and travels toward an unknown destination. Along the way, he encounters three extraordinary players—Asahi Sato, a lightning-fast rival whose speed rivals his own; Boris Vage, an imposing goalkeeper known as the "Wall"; and Noel Akizuki, a quiet playmaker whose passes never miss their target. Upon arriving at the mysterious Project Apex facility, the Chosen 55 are welcomed by its enigmatic director, Viktor Hyuga, who announces that only those capable of evolving beyond their limits deserve to remain.
