In a world where elemental powers are accessible to anyone only by taking a test, concerns arise from multiple parties. There are groups of people who want these powers gone and groups who want more of these powers, both of which willing to do absolutely anything to make their wish come to fruition. Gemma and Rowan fight to keep the world in a neutral state where powers can exist peacefully, and to become the greatest Wielders anyone's ever seen.
