Night Rain #1

On a particularly dark and rainy night, James is working another late shift at his boring retail job when the time finally comes for him to close up for the night. Heading out into the pouring rain, James tries to make his way home when he is suddenly attacked by a mysterious figure clad in a black hood. After losing consciousness from the attack James wakes up the next morning in his room to find a black scar where his open wound should be and a strange voice speaking to him in his mind.
