Description
One of the original concepts of the Mutilator is that he was a vigilante that would kill scum of the earth like p3dos and abusive spouses. Given the change of the theme, we decided to find some way to fit that into the current storyline. Metal reference counter: 1. Mutilation Plague is a reference to Evisceration Plauge by Cannibal Corpse and yea Tony is partially inspired by Tony Soprano
