Mike W. Belcher's Man in the Mask

Tommy Franklin is just a regular guy making his way in the world. During the day, he works at a newspaper in his adopted city of Millerton. At night, he runs the rootops wearing the mask passed down to him by his grandfather helping out where he can. He can't lift a car or fly, but when you're in trouble, he's the guy you want on your side. Don't ask him his name, he doesn't care. He's just a MAN IN THE MASK.
