Max is finally starting to feel at home on Earth. He has new friends, a new life, and maybe this whole Guardian assignment won't be so difficult after all. Then a massive alien warship appears over the city. General Rex, a ruthless conqueror with a history of invading worlds across the galaxy, has come to Earth with an ultimatum: surrender or face invasion. With the planet in danger, Max and Nova must decide how far they're willing to go to stop him. Determined to prove he can handle the threat, Max takes the fight directly to Rex.
