(Chapter 2) In the dead of night, the peaceful home where Princess Serah lives is suddenly attacked by a group of mysterious assailants. The intruders relentlessly search for a mysterious gentleman whom Serah had secretly rescued only days before. As they cut down many of the guards protecting the estate, the princess's anger begins to boil.
