Chapter 10.1: The Foreign Dignitaries

I now have a part time job so I’ve been struggling with chapter production, but I’m making good progress on the next chapter. I have not decided if I’ll upload it when it’s done or wait for next month. The backgrounds are always a pain to create, but I’m slowly building toolsets and assets to speed up the process.
