In 1942, coinciding with Dr. J. Robert Oppenheimer's "Manhattan Project," Japanese defector Dr. Yushiro Tokugawa was placed at the head of "Project Prometheus," with the goal of giving an American soldier superhuman abilities. Nearly 100 years after his 1945 success, trouble is brewing on a global scale, with threats potentially arising from anywhere.
