Glasgow has always had a signal. Most people just never noticed it. Beneath the rain, the buses, the tower blocks and the late-night streets, something has been broadcasting for decades. Fragmented warnings. Impossible footage. Faces appearing where they shouldn’t. A transmission stamped with the same number again and again: LOCAL 58. When one man begins following the signal, Glasgow starts to come apart around him. Old recordings show places before they existed. Screens replay moments he hasn’t lived yet. Tunnels lead beneath the city into a forgotten broadcast network where time, memory and reality are all being recorded, repeated—and sent somewhere else. Then he sees her. The same woman. Different years. Different versions. Always looking back. What begins as an analogue-horror mystery becomes something stranger: a story about cities that remember, lives that repeat, and connections that refuse to disappear. Some broadcasts are meant to be received. Some signals never end.
