5. Wearing Masks

Not everything can always be bright and not everything can always be dark... and sometimes things are grey. Why don't we embrace our emotions for what they are? Sometimes bright, sometimes dark and sometimes grey. After all when you Listen to Yourself, you might find out what you've been trying to tell yourself this whole time.
