Chapter 4: Capital Trouble

The party finally arrives at the Capital, only to find that something strange is afoot. What should have been a stronghold of evil turns out to be a peaceful city at the height of its power. Could it be that the stories are false, or is there perhaps something lurking beneath the polished surface of the Capital?
