Chapter 04: Illusions and Alliances

In the aftermath of Zone 2’s harrowing illusions and the Mantrawasps’ relentless attacks, Vaibhav, Aditya, Sharvani, and Anavika finally catch their breath—though not without some comedic tension over Aditya’s wild “30 rocks” tactic. With Zone 2 behind them, they press on to the teleportation barrier leading to the next stage. Along the way, General Vishwajeet and General Merai observe from above, offering their own commentary and making a playful bet about Aditya’s fate. Just as the group arrives at Zone 3—a treacherous volcanic terrain home to majestic but deadly phoenixes—the story shifts to a flashback from ten years ago. In these scenes, we learn how Vishwajeet came to respect Merai’s uncanny instincts, which have proven right time after time…with only the rarest of exceptions.
