Ignition

After a massive release of energy called "The Event Horizon" devastates downtown San Antonio and kills thousands, a new race of powered humans called "The Phases" emerges from the rubble. Years of terror follow as rogue Phase users misuse their abilities, but order is eventually restored by a faction of Phases known as the Sentinels. To help society adapt, Phoenix High School is founded—a place where powered and non-powered students learn to live in harmony. This is where Terrell's story begins.
