Hotel Heiress Humbled

Hotel heiress Helen Larson wants to know why the complaints keep coming from one floor of her flagship hotel, so she goes undercover as Alice Feng, a newly arrived Chinese maid, in a lifelike mask. Her assistant Katie Wade has been handed a second mask: Helen's own face. While Helen scrubs bathrooms on the Olympus Club floor, Katie steps into her life, her suite and her company, and runs it better than Helen ever did. And the dialect coach who taught Alice her accent left something else behind: Alice can no longer say her own name.
