A country Chingo, released a genetically modified virus to the world with the intent of world domination. Once found out, all hell broke loose and World War 3 took place which ended with the evil nation's defeat. A disgraced scientist from Skarda, one of Chingo's victim countries, tried to make a vaccine out of the Carcinovirus (C-virus) by testing it on a gecko.
