The Pontue Legacy #3 "Part Three: The Magician And The Swordsman" (Un-Iverse #11)

Much of this issue is told in flashback and reveals the past of Sarah and her young love, the doofy Magician's Apprentice Zyle. The journey is emotional and bittersweet, and Henry in the present realizes their connection may complicate his hopes of gaining help from Zyle's master, the Magician Agnor. Meanwhile the Swordsman Pedro decides to join the heroes' quest. But him revealing his mysterious backstory with Mistress Pontue to Sarah and friends raise questions about the Piranha's history to US in the present. If only these two characters could cross time and compare notes! The Narrator says here "Never let it be said that the douchebags of The Un-Iverse lack nuance." It's a defining phrase for him, and one I try to live by every issue.
