As Jimmy starts planning his trip to America for real in order to become the world’s top tattoo artist, Pinko leads Justice to destroy Bara High before Jimmy leaves Japan by attacking his friends, kicking off the Third Great Gang Wars! Jimmy, however, decides to stay on the sidelines as he feels like he’s on the verge of discovering how to gain what Pinko described as unshakeable power. Respecting his decision, his friends get ready to fight back against Justice without Jimmy’s strength. As each of them charts their own course, what awaits them at the end of each of their paths?
