Chapter II: Shadows of Olympus

Haunted by dreams and fragments of a past she cannot explain, Dvora is drawn deeper into the forgotten world of Olympus, following a mysterious calling through ancient ruins and a moonlit forest that seems almost to recognize her. Her path leads to Aphroditis Limni—the Lake of Aphrodite, a place Dvora has somehow seen before in her dreams. Surrounded by white roses, crumbling temples, and impossible beauty, she finds herself strangely at home. When she touches the water, however, the lake responds. Golden light awakens beneath its surface, circling her like something alive. As Dvora ventures deeper, an ancient mosaic emerges below—revealing the face of a mysterious woman whose features seem hauntingly familiar. Memories that cannot possibly belong to Dvora begin to surface, and the boundary between dream and reality starts to disappear. When Dvora finally rises from the water, she realizes she is no longer alone. A presence waits beyond the mist: beautiful, unreal, and somehow connected to everything the lake has shown her. Dvora came to Olympus searching for answers. Instead, something ancient has begun to remember her.
