In the dreary slums of Lagos, Nigeria, there's only one thing bringing its people some sort of solace. A drug called Eluigwe -- Heaven. But it comes with a heavy price to those who want a taste of heaven. A special task force, brandishing juju magic, has been created to stop the spread of Heaven.
