Can't Fight The Friction

A few days after their encounter with a monster in the sewers, Roarke, Wilhelm and Crowe discovered that they had drawn attention from the International Department of Superhuman Affairs, and are commissioned to assist the London Branch of IDOSA with a new and pressing issue. Roarke, meanwhile struggles with both his own power suppressant backlash, and personal issues involving the IDOSA director.
