This odd story tells the tale of a city that goes by the name East Lowell from the perspective of our pink-haired protagonist, Ronin Nosaic. He begins as a relatively innocent young man, but as the story goes on, he becomes more accustomed to the new and wild environment and slowly but surely loses his sanity. He meets a group of vigilantes that call themselves "The Red Ravens" who claim to prevent the re emergence of the soul creatures ever since a certain incident.

Carrying on from the previous chapter's cliffhanger, Ronin fights off the mysterious masked burglar with intimidation tactics since he's not much of a fighter. As the duel was beginning to seem dire, he gets help from none other than the large, feminine soul creature with the red outline from chapter 1. Speaking of which, more about her true intentions are taught in this chapter. Oh, and you also learn a bit about the Red Ravens and their personalities and stuff. They tend to have pretty funny conversations.
