After humanity pried open the “Knot” in a desperate bid to control nature, an unknown force spilled into the world and unleashed an endless ice age known as the Cover. In the frozen aftermath, many forces vie for a solution: GARDR, a military-scientific arm of the government; TOP, a corrupt faction focused solely on warfare; and a cult preaching peace...
