In a world of might and magic, five uncanny heroes are thrown together in a battle against an ancient evil. Can they surpass their own idiocy and work together for victory? No. Based on the D&D Actual Play podcast, Chronicles of Calamity follows the adventures of Fandingo The Fantastical, rock n' roll bard and de facto leader of a rag tag group of mighty fools. There's Bjorg Bjorgson, ridiculously violent and wonderfully mannered positive masculinity barbarian. Klaus Richter, a half elf who insists he is a notorious rogue, without presenting any skill to back that up whatsoever. Then there's Silas Kane, a religious nut who can wield great power when he's not being a complete pain in the sack. Together they'll meet Brandon Thighmaster, astonishing gym-bro monk, whose kung fu skills are only surpassed by his vanity. A tale of hilarity, bad decisions, and extreme fantasy violence, five idiots go head to head with demons, mutant wolves, possessed corpses, giant crabs, and their own incompetence.
