Bone Reader Chapter 2

Following Madiva’s escape, the young Ifrit rests for an extended period of time. It’s during this that they feel the pull of the Bone Reader, reminding them of the seven-year war which has plagued their life and the flesh-eating ritual. As they awake, Madiva finds themselves ambushed by the villagers from the previous town, only to be rescued by a group of travelers.
