Every person's story ends at some point. In Kione's universe every planet besides hers has already seen their respective end. These planets are called Dead Worlds, inhabited by the dead where they endlessly relive their lives as if they were characters in a story. Or at least every planet should work like that... When Kione is sent on a mission from her home planet to the mysterious Dead World of Aeternus, she's separated from her partner and that's when the lines between reality and fiction begin to blur. She now has one goal: Escape Aeternus and get back home no matter what.
