Blackouts Issue 4

The Illus team continued on to Saturn's moon of Iapetus to raid a system-wide narcotics-ring base. They soon discovered that the radical group known as the Valkarees had already attacked the facility, killing everyone in their way. During the investigation of the base, Gina and Seamus discovered a warehouse full of Blackouts in cryosleep.
