His twin brother, Loser Wright, left behind in childhood, discovers his rare ability to grant superpowers to others. Working as a janitor in a behavioral center, Loser finds a support group called 'The Superlosers,' each member targeted for elimination. When Loser transforms their perceived weaknesses into strengths, they must band together to protect the vulnerable and challenge Winner's authoritarian rule.
