Zephyr, a villain on a mission to overthrow an empire and become a hero. Aither, a hero who, in his quest to uncover the truth, starts being seen as a villain. Both of their paths blocked by something much bigger and more evil than they are. Will they achieve their goals? Only time will tell.
Returning to The Dice. Vero’s contract has been sealed, but the situation doesn't look promising. Sokkath is on the edge of collapse, Zephyr’s body threatens to give in, and Iggdra, far from happy, voices his refusal to follow through with the mission. How will Zephyr react to his ally’s defiance? And how can they even begin to prepare with a mercenary barely able to stand?
