Affiliate Man is on planet Globaflax visiting a friend, Cy, to talk about his small business and the new tax law that is being voted in on the planet. If that law passes then the increases could crush his already struggling business. This new tax law has the city in unrest and riots could break out at anytime. Affiliate Man wants to help his friend and the good fortune has it, he was already there researching a high-ticket item he's hoping to sell.
