I blew up the engine in my 1200 beetle, so the 12hp was replaced with a water cooled 1600 76hp engine. That thing would drift into the garage and take off at 100mph. Captain strobe was a character I created in the 80’s. This one was from 1990(ish). And has never been published until now.
