"Phantoms of the Lake" follows Ah'etta, a recent inductee into the Bannermen, the voluntary protectors of the Vvenda people. The Vvenda are an archipelago nation whose ancestors were displaced from the mainland by strange humanoid beings known as "Phantoms".
The Vvenda are plagued by strange "whispers" from the mainland....
