Deagasus
A Mounting Problem
Free
Death is very good at his job. Getting there on time is another matter.
After another brutal performance review from Upper Management, Death is told to improve efficiency using the resources already available to him. There is only one problem: he has no transportation, an impossible workload, and souls scattered across enormous distances.
Then, in the middle of nowhere, he finds Deagasus — an undead Pegasus with a bad attitude, functioning wings, and absolutely no interest in becoming anyone’s ride.
What begins as a desperate attempt to solve Death’s commute turns into an unlikely partnership built on sarcasm, negotiation, and mutually inconvenient necessity.
A Mounting Problem introduces the world of Deagasus, where death is a job, the afterlife has bureaucracy, and even eternity comes with deadlines.
