Creator Oscar Romero was born in El Salvador and raised in California. He studied under David Hardy at The School of Classical Realism in Oakland. In July 2021, Oscar released the first issue of Dreadful Analekta, a self published horror/suspense comic book series under Poor Man's Press.

Nearing the finish line for the next issue of Dreadful Analekta. This time I adapt The Better Choice, a story about a scientist on the verge of a monumental discovery who must make the most important decision of his life. Scheduled for release February 2022 in print at poormanspress.com and in digital at no cost right here on Globalcomix!

What am I working on? WHAT AM I WORKING ON? Well since you asked, I'm in the middle of making the second issue of Dreadful Analekta. This time I will be adapting C.M. Eddy, Jr's "The Better Choice". In the meantime thank you to those who've stopped by in the first few days to take a peek at "The Loved Dead", one of my favorite C.M. Eddy stories.
