‘Spacer’ a bold new private space exploration company bursts onto the world stage when its charismatic founder, Nathan Lu, announces the impossible: he will resurrect the iconic but long-retired U.S. shuttle program. Not as a museum piece, but as a working vessel to usher in the future of deep space transportation.
To silence the skeptics, Lu declares he will personally become part of the shuttles first payload in order to prove that the shuttle is safe, reliable, and ready to lead a foray deeper into the solar system.
The day arrives and the world watches as the Space Shuttle Intrepid, a retro-futuristic icon reborn from nostalgia and ambition, stands tall on its launch pad.
At its controls: Commander Jason Stornoway, hot-shot pilot and former Navy Seal, and Commander Charles Sutton, a pragmatist and seasoned veteran of the original shuttle program who knows better than anyone how quickly space punishes arrogance.
Their orders are simple: deliver Lu, and a mysterious classified ‘Spacer’ prototype vehicle, to the International Space Station to be part of the ongoing Isiah Mission series.
The countdown hits zero. Intrepid thunders skyward unaware of the incredible fate that awaits it…
