Falling from grace
After the tragic loss of their parents, Avery and her sister Evelyn are forced back into education. Finally being given a second chance to make up for their previous mistakes and bad luck.
Unable to care for their circumstances, Avery decides to give up before she has even started. Uninterested in the new opportunities that have been given to her.
However, abruptly, a gift from her parents begins to act up. A strange book. As if enchanted, it begins to vibrate, inviting her in.
