For a first attempt to write a comic book this is really cool and you have a lot of potential.
From a story perspective, you quickly manage to introduce main character and world, that the main character is a recluse who is disliked due to his personality, and of course his power to see ghosts no one else can that may annoy him or may guide him gives a lot of story potential.
From an art perspective you have a kind of manga punk look, of course you decided to leave the background mostly blank to focus on characters, which is fine, this is just your first step in a learning process.
As you draw characters I can see how you're truly challenging yourself, really trying to convey feelings visually through the art rather than writing what they feel. And you even challenge yourself to a combat scene where you achieve pretty good dynamics and so on.
Obviously this is not the best comic ever made, but for a first try it's pretty damn good, and it shows the sheer potential you have.
I would absolutely tell you to keep at it, it would be exciting to see how good you will be in a few years, because you're doing the most important thing, you're pushing yourself and challenging yourself, which is always amazing.
