His name is Crowbar Jack and he is laughing like a fool thinking he cant be stopped he is so sure of himself he has this Patriot's Gun and he wants to destroy the whole Tidal State

But the hero is not even scared he is just standing there telling him to give up already you can tell the hero is bored of this guy's nonsense

Crowbar Jack is screaming about his power but the hero is just calm and ready to fight this is how you do a hero someone who doesnt waste time with big speeches

I want to see this fight I want to see this cocky villain get knocked down a peg this is gonna be good
