What does "You were mentioned in a comment on a status post by SystemAlert" mean?

Hey there!
I just got an E-Mail from Global Comix with a huge list of users, me included.
At the top it says "You were mentioned in a comment on a status post by SystemAlert"

Does anybody know, whyt that means?
