Odyssey Comics is a publisher focused on producing the best damn creator-owned comics in the galaxy by creating an open platform for submissions and development, allowing us to deliver content from a diverse collection of talent.
I’m based in Europe and have been creating comics for several years now—my work often blends the intimate with the fantastic, exploring identity, memory, and the emotional side of sci-fi, noir, and surrealism.
My latest project is called Re-Intransextellar, a queer space opera full of feelings, silences, longing glances, strange rituals, and gender-fluid rebels adrift in a crumbling galaxy.
It’s not about saving the universe. It’s about surviving it.
And maybe… about finding something—or someone—to live for.
I’ll be updating Re-Intransextellar regularly on Tapas and Globalmanga, and I’d love to connect with fellow readers, artists and sci-fi lovers here on GlobalComix as well.

My name is Jimi Macías (https://globalcomix.com/a/jimi-macias). I am from Spain. I came to GlobalComix looking for a place where I could show my projects.
First of those will be a revised version of my comic INTRANSEXTELLAR.
Originally published in Spain in 2019 by Bang Ediciones, Intransextellar had the honor of receiving a Bronze Award at the Japan Manga Awards the following year. Now, I’m bringing a enhanced version of Intransextellar, specially adapted to the vertical scroll format (and incorporating updates to the art and narrative).
