Hiii!

I first posted on Global Comix in 2022 / 2023 (if I'm not mistaken). Back then, I had posted a superhero story called Sugar Rush. Unfortunately, depression got the better of me, and I couldn't keep posting. That said, I kept thinking "I should get back into manga" and I KNEW that if I had to post somewhere, it would be on Global Comix.

1. My name is Mari. I'm a French mangaka, currently working on various projects. My main obsession right now is the manga I'm posting here, called Bastardized Knights - Hellspawns. I'm a huge fan of Yu Gi Oh, Oshi no Ko and other manga of the likes, and I'm slowly getting into One Piece and Edens Zero.

3. My manga is about two demon Knights who are trying to cope with centuries of trauma. They've endured horrific abuse at the hands of their former masters, demon Princes (potential rulers of Hell), and they're less than thrilled to learn that they'll soon have to serve a new Prince whom they know nothing about. When they get to the mortal realm, though, they're surprised to learn that the Prince is an 18 years old kid who has no idea he is a demon and whose best friend is an angel and the future leader of Heaven. The story follows their adventures as they try to figure out how to train their Prince to become a potential hellish leader... But is their Prince really meant to take over the throne? Also, romance!

4. I've been dreaming of making comics ever since Yu Gi Oh, as an anime, first aired in France. I was fascinated by the world of manga and the way stories were being told. I wanted to do the same, and after reading Death Note, years later, I was CERTAIN I would do it one day. After decades, I finally plunged into a sea of speech balloons and storytelling, and I don't want to quit!

5. I found Global Comix by pure coincidence! I was looking for somewhere safe where to post my comics, and I figured "hey why not!"

I (very) recently posted a new manga of mine on here. It's called Bastardized Knights - Hellspawns and it's about demon Knights struggling to deal with past trauma. They're assigned to a new Prince, the potential future ruler of Hell, and while they're scared of what's to come, they're also very surprised to find out that the Prince is only 18 years old and doesn't even know that he is a demon.
I first posted on Global Comix in 2022 I think? Back then, I had posted Sugar Rush, a superhero comics. I love Global Comix, and I really enjoy posting here. After a looong struggle with depression, I'm ready to give it a try again!
I admit I'd love to know what people think about Bastardized Knights - Hellspawns. Any feedback would be appreciated!

I found out about Global Comix by total accident. I was looking for a place to post my comics, and I stumbled upon 9mm Girls, Fine Print and other comics that were published here. I absolutely loved what I saw, and I decided I wanted to give it a try, too!

4. Describe your comic and tell us about it! It's about superheroes, love, etc... But to be more precise, it's about what happens when a superhero is forced to face the public eye. In this case, we have Asmodée, a rockstar, whose secret identity as a vigilante is revealed to the public after a violent agression that leaves him badly injured. Now forced into retirement, he still wants to protect his city, but he also has to deal with the trauma of what he endured... Fortunately, his boyfriend and his best friends are here to help!

I can recommend Clip Studio Paint. It's also available on iPad, if you're using one, but I also have it on my laptop. It's perfect for comics and manga.
If you use an iPad, give Procreate a chance!

Hello!

I'm a french publisher/artist/writer and Sugar Rush is my first real comic book. I hope you'll enjoy it. 
It's a superhero story, yes, but it's also and mostly about the aftermath of a messy situation (namely, the superhero being unmasked publicly).
Fortunately, the superhero isn't alone! His boyfriend and his friends are here!
But emotions are running high, people are confused...
Oh, and there's a lot of supernatural stuff here too ;) 

So.
I don't know if I'm posting in the right forum.
But I genuinely hope to meet other creators and enjoy their work here. I've already read a few comics posted on this platform, and I'm in awe.
