I’ve been working on my first comic, MARENUBIUM, for quite a while, as it required a lot of research and study. It’s a sci-fi psychological story about two teenagers struggling with difficult family situations in a cold, alienating world. For different reasons, they find themselves experiencing dreams and visions that make them question whether they’re awake or not, and whether there might be something else hidden behind the reality they know. I started making comics when I was a child, and my dream of telling stories through images has stayed with me all my life. I’ve only recently started publishing my work online, despite having worked on it for years. It’s difficult to find the time when you have to balance a job with your passions.
I discovered GlobalComix while looking for something new to read.
